Lower LDL Cholesterol

Soluble Fiber helps lower LDL Cholesterol.

You can find soluble fiber in Steal Cut Oats.  Make a weeks worth and reheat. You get 5g of soluble fiber per cup.

some other sources of soluble fiber include:

sweet potatoes, beets, onions, apples, peaches, grapes, cranberries, flax seed, brussel sprouts.
