Our children are getting sick and suffering. We can do something.

Chronic illness and disease doesn't just happen overnight. They occur over a period of time. Eating unhealthy over a period of time causes damage to our heart, arteries, bones, joints, kidneys, brains, etc.

Too many kids are suffering at a young age from arthritis, high blood pressure, ADHD, high cholesterol, kidney failure and more. I have spoken recently to a few people who have experienced kidney failure. The thing with kidney failure is there is now warning symptoms you are fine one day and in kidney failure the next.

Many foods today are high in sodium. Evidence shows that sodium causes not only heart disease and stroke, but Dementia, Sleep Apnea, Kidney Disease, Osteoporosis, Cancer and Diabetes.

Stay clear of processed foods (anything that comes in a can, bottle or box) as much as possible. They have little or no nutritional value and are more often than not high in sodium.

If you do not like to see your kid sick and suffering then be sure you are giving him a healthy diet. It will not only help them now but in the future as well.

A recent study has shown an increase of stroke and boys between the ages of 15 and 34 by 51%. This is insane and can be prevented with proper diet. Please stop eating so much processed foods and buy more fresh from the produce, meat and dairy. Please pay attention to the labels on packaged goods. Watch for sodium amt and serving size.

Pottasium, Calcium and Magnesium help cleanse the body of excess sodium.
